  1. 01

The Audience Intel Buyer Archetype Library — five archetypes at full depth

~22,000-word library covering five archetypes: The Considered Researcher, The Time-Poor Pragmatist, The Referred Sceptic, The Anxious First-Timer, The Sophisticated Re-Buyer. Each archetype carries a publishable Granta-register essay (Layer A) and an operational LLM brief (Layer B), with 25 vertical variants showing how each archetype manifests in solicitor / accountant / architect / IFA / consultancy buying contexts. Grounded in Jungian function-attitudes, Maslow's hierarchy, Big Five and HEXACO, attachment theory, Self-Determination Theory, behavioural economics, neuroeconomics, signalling theory and Bourdieu's cultural-capital research. 50-source annotated bibliography included.

  2. 02

    Five methodology prompts

Production-tested prompts extracted from the YMM pilot pipeline: site-capture, archetype application, competitor comparison, confidence-to-contact scoring, finding extraction. Each prompt carries: purpose, inputs, full prompt text, expected output shape, calibration example.

  3. 03

    The 30-source research foundation

Every weight, threshold, and methodology choice traced to a published source — Lindgaard, Willis & Todorov, Kahneman, Fogg, Hinge, Edelman, Gartner, McKinsey, Forrester, Park et al., and more. Full annotated bibliography with direct quotes under 20 words.

  4. 04

    The Audience Intel output schema

Zod-validated JSON schemas for every output type: score grids, findings, buyer narratives, priority actions. Importable directly into TypeScript projects with full type definitions.

  5. 05

    One worked sample report

A 14-page sample report on a synthesised UK solicitor (Hadley & Whitmore) and three named competitors. Demonstrates what the methodology produces end-to-end. Two more sample reports (accountancy, architecture) ship in v1.1.

  6. 06

    The audience-intel-methodology Claude Skill

A loadable Claude Skill that bundles the rubric, archetype references, and prompts. Drop it into your Claude Code or Claude.ai instance and you can run the methodology with one invocation. Four additional Skills (site-reader, comparison, report-writer, calibrator) ship in v1.1.

  7. 07

    The 45-minute first-run guide

Step-by-step PDF showing how to set up your LLM environment, run the methodology against your firm and three competitors, interpret the output, and write your priority-action list. Designed so the pack pays for itself before the second cup of coffee.

  8. 08

    Pack manifest, changelog, licence

Table of contents, version history, distribution licence. Pack is licensed for use within your firm and on behalf of your firm's clients (where you are an agency or consultancy). Onward redistribution verbatim is not permitted.

FAQ

Is this a subscription?

No. £27 is a one-time payment for lifetime access to v1.0 and every v1.x update. Two paid extensions exist separately for buyers who want more: Vertical Expansion (£147 one-time per sector Edition; ships mid-to-late June 2026) and The Continuous Mirror (from £97/month for ongoing auto-runs + change-detection alerts; ships early-to-mid July 2026). Pack purchasers get a 30-day free trial of each, with an explicit day-25 opt-in email before any charge. You don't need either to use the Pack.

Which LLM do I need?

Any current frontier model: Claude 3.5/4/5 Sonnet, Claude Opus, GPT-4o, GPT-5, Gemini 2.5 Pro, or Mistral Large 2. The prompts are designed to be model-agnostic. The 45-minute guide demonstrates Claude and ChatGPT.

How is this different from a one-shot AI audit?

A single-prompt audit returns generic UX critique because the LLM has no rubric. The pack gives the LLM a calibrated rubric (weighted decision factors, red flags, scoring anchors) and forces it to run a comparison rather than an audit. The difference is methodology, not technology. We ran the empirical test — a frontier LLM given only this homepage produced a 126-line document and closed with its own verdict: “I would not present the document above as analysis. I would present it as evidence that a frontier LLM with only the homepage cannot do the job the homepage describes.” The verbatim output is at /research/the-falsification-test.

Can I use this for my clients (agency / consultancy)?

Yes — v1.0 licence permits use within your firm and on behalf of your firm's clients. Onward redistribution of the pack verbatim is not permitted. Agencies and consultancies running the methodology on behalf of ten or more client firms can apply for an Agency Partnership (white-label report templates, partner attribution, unlimited internal users) — sales-led; email ian@cambraydesign.co.uk.

What if it doesn't work for my firm?

90-day credit-back. If the pack doesn't surface findings your partnership would act on, reply to your purchase confirmation email and we'll credit £27 against the £597 Done-for-You Mirror — or refund outright if you prefer.

Why £27?

The marginal cost of distributing the pack is near zero. We want it in every owner-managed professional-services firm in the UK. The done-for-you Mirror at £597 and the agency licence at £1,997 are how the business pays for itself; the £27 Pack is the artefact that earns the trust that drives those.
