What is a credit?
The unit work is paid in. Reading your page again with the same 150 agents is one. An A/B test, A and B on the same agents, is two. Questions to your guide are free within a daily allowance.
What happens to unused credits?
They stay on your balance. A new month adds the plan’s allowance on top.
Can I buy credits without a plan?
No. Packs go on top of Starter or Team. Starter is £19 a month and includes 10 credits.
What does Team add?
100 credits a month against Starter’s 10, 80 questions a day to your guide against 12, and studies with real respondents through Prolific, quoted and set up by our team. Seats and shared workspaces are not available yet.
Is there an API?

Not yet. Checkout for paid plans is not open yet. Start free; paid plans follow. Registering is free, and the free run needs only that free account. When checkout opens: Prices in GBP. UK VAT added at checkout where it applies. Payment by Stripe.
