Terms of use

What you get, what we don’t promise, and how money works. The same rule as the rest of this site: only what is already true and already published. Where a term hasn’t been settled, it says so rather than borrowing boilerplate.

Who you are contracting with

Cambray Design Limited, registered in England and Wales, trading as Audience Intel. Contact: the contact form.

Company registration number and registered office address are not yet published here. Ask us and we will give them to you in writing.

What the product is

Audience intelligence for UK businesses: reads of your page and your competitors’ pages by AI agents briefed as buyer personas, company profiles built from public records, and the paid plans and one-off products listed on the pricing page, on the terms stated there. Only products shown there with a checkout are available to buy online. Paid plans carry a monthly allowance of credits, spent on the actions the pricing page lists. Loops already started run on the terms they were bought on.

Every claim in a report carries one of two labels. Measured means it was checked in the site’s own code and you can verify it yourself in your page source. Inferred means it is an AI assistant’s reading. Nothing else ships. Scores are computed in code from a published rubric; no score is ever spoken by a model.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee results. The agents’ figures are a forecast made by a language model playing buyer personas, never a count of real customers, and nobody has measured how closely they track real enquiries. Where a report estimates what an insight is worth, it shows the data the estimate was computed from and says plainly that it is not a guarantee. You decide whether the insight gives you an edge.

If you find a genuine factual error in a report, tell us. We would rather correct a report than defend one.

Sample and demonstration reports on this site use synthesised reference firms and are labelled as such. We do not publish a real client’s report without their permission.

Paying and cancelling

Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s hosted checkout. For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time from your account, which opens Stripe’s billing portal: no phone call, no retention script. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Whether the published prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of VAT is not settled on this site. Ask us before you buy and we will confirm it in writing.

Refunds

Two refund policies are published, and both are real:

  • The report unlock. If the report doesn’t surface findings your firm would act on, reply to your purchase confirmation email within 90 days of purchase and we will refund the unlock in full.
  • A Foundation Month bought before 16 October 2026 carries an unconditional 30-day money-back. Tell us within 30 days and we refund it in full. No form, no reason required, no conditions.

For our other products we have not published a blanket refund policy. Rather than invent one here: write to us and a person will answer.

The research

The published research is free to read and to cite.

Outreach

If we contacted you first, the rules we followed, and how to opt out, are set out under outreach and PECR.

Terms not settled here yet

Governing law and jurisdiction, limitation of liability, acceptable use of the API and the MCP server, any service-level or uptime commitment, and whether you contract with us as a business or as a consumer are not settled on this page. We would rather leave them blank than publish boilerplate nobody here has decided. Until they are published, write to us and we will answer the specific question you have.
